Redefining Care: A Client-First Legacy
Beacon Bliss was born from a family who had been working together in the industry for some years, we were frequently left shaking our heads, appalled at the way participants weren't prioritised and the supports were designed to suit the business, not the client.
We wanted to do it differently, we designed Beacon Bliss in a way that means the clients know who they are speaking to when they call to discuss their support. We encourage our clients to speak up about what they need and how they want it to be delivered. We don't just decide what their supports should or shouldn't look like. Our role is to follow our clients lead and provide genuine, quality supports within the NDIS frameworks.
