Our Community Nursing program is led by a team of highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs). Whether you require a one-off clinical assessment or daily complex care, we provide a range of services tailored to your NDIS goals:

  • Complex Disability Care: Management of ventilation, tracheostomy, and seizure monitoring.
  • Wound Management: Specialist care for chronic wounds, pressure sores, and post-surgical recovery.
  • Medication Administration: Including subcutaneous injections, IV therapy, and medication management education.
  • Enteral Feeding: Support and management for PEG and NG feeding tubes.
  • Health Monitoring: Regular check-ins for vital signs, diabetes management, and general health advocacy.
